I'm really sorry coz I couldn't update my blog for so long. Actually I have been tied up these days with my work and this logo here is one of the reasons me being busy.

So you guys must be wondering what 'Unique' is?… Well, it’s a company which is in the whole-sale industry of stationeries that are required in garment business. For example, Buttons, collars I'm sure u got the idea.

This logo was very tough one for me as the owner is for one of my relatives and my brother was in-charge to make sure that I give him the best I can. And trust me it’s not easy to convince my brother.

He wanted something classy and UNIQUE of course. This was the first time I was doing a logo of this section of the fashion industry and doing the research for it didn’t help much as there aren't many popular brands in this section, and whats worse – they don’t even have any logo. So, this is probably the first logo in this segment of the fashion industry and I had to make sure that this comes out well.

So, where did I stand – i didn't have any design brief from the client, nor did I know the industry ideas. Basically, I was staring at a blank design board and thats usually not a great sight for a designer. Though I'm laughing about it now, I was crapping bricks in my pants then.

However, I have made a few logos before which were mostly text based. I played with fonts but then as I said it’s not easy to convince my brother. He just rejected all those logos and finally he gave me the idea and how should I be thinking for this project… that got me on the right track and I made something which was better then his initial idea.

This was one crazy job but I really enjoyed working on this project.
